All bookings require full payment at the time of booking. Fees and charges offered on the booking website are valid at the time of booking.

Length of a booking: There is no limit to the length of stay able to be booked. For long term bookings please contact the Park Manager on 0461 422 896.

Check in and check out: All bookings are valid from 2pm on the day of your arrival, until 10am the day of departure.

Allocated Sites: Your booking is only for the site specified on your booking. Please ensure you carefully check before setting up camp as you may be requested to move if you occupy the incorrect site.

Unpowered Sites: Unpowered sites are not delineated within the Caravan Park grounds. Your booking is valid anywhere camping is permitted excluding delineated and appropriately marked powered site locations within the park. Please ensure you carefully check before setting up camp as you may be requested to move if you occupy the incorrect site.

Cancellations for confirmed bookings
Cancellations requested at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date of a booking to be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations requested less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date of a booking are not eligible for a refund, partial refund or credit unless the Caravan & Cabin Park has been closed by the operator.

Requests to edit confirmed bookings:
Confirmed bookings cannot be edited on the day of arrival.

All edit requests require a minimum of one business days notice prior to the arrival date of your booking. Once your edit request has been processed you will receive a confirmation notice. If an edit request is made less than 48 hours prior to your arrival date you will not be eligible for a refund partial refund or credit.

Requests to edit confirmed bookings includes change of vehicle registration number, number of person/s on the existing booking, change of arrival and or departure date/s, change of site, increase and/or decrease of nights and additional or removal of vehicle(s) to the existing booking.

All Campers and Occupants must camp in designated areas, be considerate of others, keep noise to a minimum, be aware of natural risks, keep pets under control, respect wildlife, shared Zone speed restriction 10km/hr.

No fires are allowed within the Caravan & Cabin Park

Rights for cancellation of confirmed bookings:
The operator has the right to terminate a confirmed booking if you breach the above stated terms and conditions; cause annoyance or nuisance to others; or behave unacceptably (including drunken or uncontrolled behaviour, offensive language, malicious or negligent use of facilities, theft or any other form of behaviour deemed inappropriate by the operator).

In the event that the Caravan & Cabin Park is closed or restricted, a full refund will be issued for the affected days.

It is advised that you check weather conditions prior to arrival, particularly during the Fire Danger Season, and check the National Parks and Wildlife Service website (www.parks.sa.gov.au) or call the CFS Bushfire Information Hotline on 1800 362 361.
