Redbanks Campground offers more than a place to park the camper — it's where you go for some quiet nights along the Eastern Eyre shoreline. Nestled just north of Arno Bay (7km), you'll be camping beside ancient red cliffs shaped over 125,000 years.

This campground is accessible to motorhomes, caravans, and camper trailers.

Directions

From Arno Bay (Approximately 7 km, 10 minutes):

Head north on Red Banks Rd towards Blombery Rd for 1.0 km.
Turn right onto Lincoln Hwy/B100 and drive for 5.3 km.
Turn right onto Red Banks Rd and continue for 1.0 km to reach Redbanks Beach.


From Cleve (Approximately 29 km, 25 minutes):

Head south on Arno Bay Rd towards Airport Rd for 24.1 km.
Turn left onto Lincoln Hwy/B100 and drive for 4.2 km.
Turn right onto Red Banks Rd and continue for 1.0 km to arrive at Redbanks Beach.

Welcome to Redbanks Campground. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and sustainable experience for all our guests, please read and adhere to the following terms and conditions.


Campsite Etiquette and Responsibilities

Cleanliness: Campsites must be kept clean and tidy at all times. Please dispose of all rubbish in the designated bins provided.

Noise Levels:
- Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Generators: Be courteous with the use of generators; they are permitted but should also be turned off during quiet hours.

Behaviour: Antisocial behaviour, including drunken disorderliness, offensive language, or any form of harassment, will not be tolerated.

Environmental Care:
- Campers must stay on designated footpaths, walking trails, or beach shores to protect the natural environment.
- Do not disturb wildlife or remove any natural features from the campground.

Fire Safety:
- Campfires: Campfires are permitted only in designated fire pits. No campfires are allowed in roadways or non-designated areas.
- Fire Restrictions: Fire restrictions may apply, especially during the Fire Danger Season. Check the Country Fire Service (CFS) website at www.cfs.sa.gov.au or call the Bushfire Information Hotline at 1800 362 361 before your arrival.

Vehicles and Parking:
- Speed Limit: The shared zone speed restriction within the campground is 10 km/hr. Please drive cautiously to ensure the safety of all guests.
- Off-Road Vehicles: All off-road vehicles must be registered and are permitted only on designated tracks and shoreline.
- Parking: Vehicles should be parked within your allocated campsite area without obstructing roadways or other campsites.

Pets:
- Permitted Pets: Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash and under control at all times.

Owner Responsibilities:
- Clean up after your pets promptly.
- Ensure pets do not cause a nuisance or disturb other campers.
- Aggressive or excessively noisy pets are not permitted and may result in a request to leave.

Liability and Disclaimer:
- Personal Responsibility: Campers are responsible for the safety and security of their own property. Please secure your belongings, especially when away from your campsite.
- Assumption of Risk: By staying at Redbanks Campground, you acknowledge that camping involves inherent risks, including but not limited to natural hazards like uneven terrain, wildlife encounters, and weather conditions.
- Limitation of Liability: Redbanks Campground and its management are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property arising during your stay, except where caused by our negligence.

Termination of Stay: The management reserves the right to terminate your booking and request immediate departure without refund if you breach any of the above-stated terms and conditions.

- Weather Conditions: It is advised to check weather conditions prior to arrival, particularly during the Fire Danger Season.
